1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They help the site remember your preferences, understand how you interact with pages, and ensure certain functions work correctly. Cookies do not run programmes or access files on your device.
Some cookies are set directly by us (first-party); others are set by services we use, such as analytics tools (third-party). Below, we explain the types we use and give you control over the optional ones.
2. Cookie Types We Use
Essential Cookies
Always ActiveThese cookies are necessary for the website to work. Without them, core features — such as navigation, contact form submission, and security protections — would not function. They cannot be disabled.
- Session management and page continuity
- Security and fraud prevention
- Storing your cookie consent preferences
Duration: Session or up to 13 months (consent record)
Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand which pages visitors find useful, how long they spend on the site, and where they arrive from. The data is anonymised and used only to improve the website experience.
- Page views and navigation paths
- Time on site and bounce rate
- Traffic source (search, direct, referral)
Provider: Google Analytics | Duration: Up to 26 months
Marketing Cookies
Marketing cookies track your visits across websites so that advertising shown to you elsewhere can reflect your interests. We use these only where you consent, and they are never used to build profiles for sale.
- Ad personalisation based on browsing behaviour
- Conversion tracking for advertising campaigns
- Social media interaction tracking
Providers: Google Ads, Meta Pixel | Duration: Up to 90 days
Preference Cookies
These cookies remember choices you make to personalise your experience — such as your language or region settings — so you do not have to reset them on each visit.
- Language and locale settings
- Display preferences you have selected
Duration: Up to 12 months
3. Third-Party Services
Some cookies are set by external services that appear on our pages. We do not have direct control over their cookies. The relevant services are:
- Google Analytics — website traffic and behaviour measurement
- Google Ads — conversion tracking for advertising
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — ad performance measurement (only when marketing cookies are accepted)
- Google Maps — embedded map on our contact section (may set cookies to display correctly)
Each provider's own privacy and cookie policy governs how they handle data collected through their tools.
4. Cookie Duration
- Session cookies — exist only for the duration of your browser session and are deleted when you close your browser
- Persistent cookies — remain on your device for a set period (from a few days to 26 months depending on type) or until you delete them manually
5. Your Cookie Preferences
